Thank you for your interest in making a stock donation to FORCE. Please note the following:

• Gifts of publicly traded stock will be liquidated within 90 days of receipt.
• Please let us know if you have questions and notify us that your gift is coming to ensure we recognize you as you would like. You may contact Rebekah Wells, Major Gifts Officer at [email protected] or (866) 288-7475 ext. 715.
• The total amount received by FORCE from the sale of the stock will be recorded as the value of the gift for internal reporting purposes. FORCE will provide you with an acknowledgement of the date of transfer, the number of shares given, and the name of the stock. As is the case with noncash contributions and in accordance with IRS rules, it is the donor's responsibility to assign a value to your gift for tax purposes.

All securities donations must be initiated with your broker. Please provide the below information to your broker.
