About the Study
This study explores the experiences of people who support a woman diagnosed with breast cancer before age 45. A caregiver can be anyone who offers emotional, practical or financial support, or simply is there for someone. Researchers want to understand the challenges caregivers face in their own lives, in getting support and in society. Your responses will help guide the development of new caregiver resources.
This Study is Open To:
You may be eligible if all of the following apply:
- You are age 18 or older.
- You live in the United States.
- You currently support, or previously supported, a woman diagnosed with breast cancer before age 45.
- You can complete the survey in English.
This Study is NOT Open To:
You are not eligible if any of the following apply:
- You are younger than 18.
- You do not live in the United States.
- You have not supported a woman diagnosed with breast cancer before age 45.
- You cannot complete the survey in English.
What the Study Involves
- Complete a quick eligibility check that takes less than 5 minutes, followed by an online survey that takes about 15 minutes.
- Answer questions about how supporting someone has affected your daily life and which resources you have used or wished you had.
- The survey is anonymous. You will not be asked for your name, email address or other identifying information.
- You may skip any question you are not comfortable answering.
Participation is voluntary. There is no payment for completing the survey.
