About the Study
Researchers are studying whether the ETX-19477 is a safe and effective treatment option for people with or advanced . ETX-19477 is a type of drug known as a PARG inhibitor. It works by interfering with cancer cells' ability to repair damage to their . Researchers hope this may slow tumor growth or cause cancer cells to die.The goal of this study is to find the safest and most effective dose of ETX-19477 for treating or advanced cancers. The study is currently enrolling people with a or mutation.
This Study is Open To:
People may be eligible if they:
- Are age 18 or older.
- Have an advanced or cancer, including: breast, colorectal, endometrial, ovarian, pancreatic, or .
- Have cancer that has come back or gotten worse after standard treatment or they cannot tolerate available treatments.
- Have cancer that can be measured using imaging or other tests.
- Have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.

This Study is NOT Open To:
People may not be eligible if they:
- Have untreated or worsening cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal fluid. People whose brain metastases have been treated and are stable may still qualify.
- Have significant heart problems or uncontrolled heart disease.
- Have an active serious infection, such as uncontrolled hepatitis B, hepatitis C, tuberculosis, or another significant infection.
- Have serious liver, kidney, gastrointestinal, or pancreatic disease that could affect safety or the body's ability to absorb the study drug.
- Have received radiation therapy too recently before starting the study.
- Are taking certain medications that may interact with ETX-19477 or affect how the body processes medications.
- Are receiving another investigational treatment or recently participated in another clinical trial.
- Have another cancer that required treatment within the past two years, with some exceptions for certain cancers.
What the Study Involves
There is one arm to this study.
- All people enrolled in this study will receive the study drug.
- Participants will take ETX-19477 by mouth once daily.
- Participants will stay on this treatment until their cancer gets worse or they have side effects that require stopping the medication.
