About the Study
We are looking for couples dealing with cancer to participate in our research study on how couples’ experience with cancer-related financial challenges affects their health and relationship. Results from this study will contribute to the development of programs that can help couples dealing with the financial difficulties of cancer
This Study is Open To:
You may be eligible if you:
- are 18 years or older
- are in a committed relationship and have lived with your partner for at least six months
- have received cancer treatment
- reside in the United States
- can read and understand English.
- you and your partner both consent to participate
This Study is NOT Open To:
- If both you and your partner were diagnosed with cancer.
- If you were diagnosed with non-melanoma and unspecified skin cancer
What the Study Involves
If you choose to participate, you will be asked to complete a screening survey to assess your eligibility. If eligible, two questions will ask for your and your partner’s email addresses so we can send a brief survey that will take approximately 15-20 minutes to both of you. The survey will include questions about yourself, your experiences with financial challenges, your health, and your relationship.
