Survey: Medical Records to Save After a Cancer Diagnosis

About the Study

In less than 5 minutes, learn which medical records are important to keep after a cancer diagnosis, why they are important to save, and ideas of how to keep them for you and your family.  The study has been IRB-approved by UC Irvine and is available in English and Spanish!

What the Study Entails

Study consists of a short pre-survey, 5 min animated video, and post-survey – estimated time to complete is 20 minutes or less!

This Study is Open To:

Eligible study participants include any adult who: has/had cancer; has a partner or spouse who has/had cancer; and/or has a 1st or 2nd degree relative who has/had cancer.  (1st or 2nd degree family member: child, sibling, parent, aunt/uncle, niece/nephew, grandchild, grandparent).
