About the Study

Researchers from the University of Illinois, Chicago Cancer Center invite breast cancer survivors who were diagnosed under the age of 45 to share their diagnosis stories. You will be asked to use your own words to share your experience on an online questionnaire. 

What Participants Will Be Asked to Do

You will be asked to fill out an anonymous survey with questions about your breast cancer diagnosis. We will also ask you to share some information about yourself. All stories will be anonymous. We will not collect your personal information.

Individuals who received a breast cancer diagnosis between the ages of 18 to 45 and live in the United States.
