Some plastic surgeons specialize in only one type of reconstruction. Before searching for a surgeon, visit our section on breast reconstruction and going flat and read the Breast Reconstruction Guidebook to learn about your options and choose what's best for you.
When searching for a surgeon on the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons website, click on "filter by procedure" and scroll all to the section on the bottom titled "RECONSTRUCTIVE - BREAST."
