This study collects health information and DNA samples, such as blood or saliva, from participants to help researchers better understand cancer risk and early detection. Researchers will study genetic, medical and lifestyle information over time to learn how cancer develops and how it may be detected earlier or prevented. The goal is to improve how doctors identify people at higher risk and develop better approaches for early detection and cancer prevention.

The study is open to all individuals and does not have specific exclusion criteria. Eligibility will be reviewed by the study team.
