Survey for Relatives of Breast, Ovarian or Colorectal Cancer Patients

About the Study

A family history of cancer may put an individual at a higher risk for developing some cancer. In order to inform people who have been affected by cancer in their family, we need to understand the best ways to reach out to these high-risk populations and help them understand their familial risk for disease.

What the Study Entails:

This is an online survey about your family history of cancer, cancer risks and screening behaviors. The survey may take up to 30 minutes to complete. Your time and contribution will be compensated.

The study is being conducted by the University of Massachusetts, Amherst College of Nursing. No travel is required, the data collection for this study is entirely online.
