Phase 1b treatment study for previously-treated pancreatic or colorectal cancer with a KRAS mutation

This study is testing a new treatment that combines a KRAS-targeted cancer vaccine (ELI-002) with two immunotherapy drugs (balstilimab and botensilimab) in people with advanced colorectal or pancreatic cancers with a KRAS tumor mutation and a marker known as mismatch repair proficiency (pMMR or MMR-p).
