See why Cindy decided to join
"When my little sister Sherri was diagnosed with ovarian cancer at age 48, we were completely unaware of the existence of the BRCA2 genetic mutation which so greatly increased our chances of developing breast and ovarian cancer. After Sherri's surgery and chemotherapy were completed, I was at my doctor's office for a routine check-up, and she suggested I have genetic testing. The testing uncovered a mutation on my BRCA2 gene. For me the decision was easy."
