Topic: Stress and Anxiety: Healthy Coping Methods for Previvors and Survivors

For many of us, being at high risk for breast and ovarian cancer brings increased levels of stress and anxiety. Join us to discuss this topic and positive ways to manage the anxiety so it doesn’t manage us. There also will be time to meet, network and share informally with other previvors and survivors of cancer. This meeting is for women only.
