Get Shakin' for FORCE will include a variety of energetic instructors who will lead routines to music that will have you getting your groove on to fight hereditary breast and ovarian cancer. This fun, Latin-inspired dance event includes Merengue, Salsa, Calypso and many other types of fun and exciting rhythms.

Do you have a family history of breast and/or ovarian cancer? Have you tested positive for a BRCA mutation? Are you considering genetic testing? You are not alone.
FORCE exists to improve the lives of individuals and families facing hereditary breast and ovarian cancer. Local area FORCE is holding our monthly get-together and we hope you can join us!
Learn from other people who are navigating the hereditary cancer path. Help someone else by sharing your story. This is a great chance to meet some local area FORCE members and/or catch up with those you’ve met at previous get-togethers.
There will be a Certified Gernetic Counselor(s) from CCHMC and St. Elizabeth Hereditary Cancer Program will be in attendance and able to answer any questions and to offer their insight.

This group is led by Certified Genetic Counselors from CCHMC's Hereditary Cancer Program and St. Elizabeth's Hereditary Cancer Program.
The topic, chosen by the Certified Genetic Counselors, for this quarterly meeting will be The Effects of Exercise and Nutrition on Cancer Risks.
If you are interested in meeting other people who share common concerns and experiences, are looking for information and spport, or need to have a couple of laughs, join others like you at the BRCA Discussion Group.
This meeting is for anyone affected by hereditary breast and ovarian cancer, BRCA carriers, family and friends of those individuals and anyone who is looking for more information.
