Welcome to the home page for the TampaBay Network for FORCE: Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered! Here you will find information on our local efforts to provide information, support, awareness, and advocacy for individuals and families affected by hereditary breast and ovarian cancer.

Become a Peer Support Group Leader Volunteer!! FORCE is looking for passionate and motivated individuals to help ensure that no one travels the hereditary cancer journey alone in the Tampa area. You'll help set up local meetings for FORCE members and assist in planning and setting up other events and activities. For more information, fill out the volunteer application if interested.

Special Presentation from: Genetic Counselor Courtney Lewis

As requested by in our last meeting, for this next meeting we have the opportunity to hear from a genetic counselor regarding genetic testing and counseling for individuals and their families. This is a great time to bring a friend or family member! We hope you can join us!
Parking Information: Parking will be provided. Please enter the main Moffitt entrance at 12902 Magnolia Drive, Tampa, FL 33612 and follow signs for the Gold Valet. The Stabile Research Building will be on the right-hand side and attendees may park in the garage straight ahead in any spot that is not reserved.

FORCE exists to improve the lives of individuals and families facing hereditary breast and ovarian cancer. Tampa FORCE is holding our quarterly get-together and we hope you can join us!

Learn from other people who are navigating the hereditary cancer path. Help someone else by sharing your story. This is a great chance to meet some local area FORCE members and/or catch up with those you’ve met at previous get-togethers.
