"Walk Like a Man" with Crespi Carmelite LaCrosse Team members

The 2008 Crespi Carmelite LaCrosse Team, led by Coach Jon Oswaks raised over $11,000 for FORCE.

To raise funds, Crespi Lacrosse team members walked over 5,000 miles. Done mostly in solitude, the 4 month long campaign was kicked off on Valentine’s Day with a public walk on a path lined with the glow of luminaries, lit in honor and in memory of women that are special to the members of the team.

The campaign officially ended with a trip to NY where the boys joined three Long Island teams on the lacrosse field and on the streets of New York to finish their miles across the Brooklyn Bridge into Manhattan.
