Passing of the Torch
Our annual Passing of the Torch event highlights the hereditary link between breast and ovarian cancer, honors cancer survivors and those at high risk, remembers those whose lives have been lost to cancer, and recognizes families that have been affected by cancer. A ceremonial flame is passed from an ovarian cancer survivor to a breast cancer survivor to mark the transition from Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month to Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Can't attend an event in person? Participate in our “Virtual Event” by creating a luminary online. Luminaries are $10 each, and with each purchase we will add a luminary to the park below, along with your loved one’s name.
