The Joining FORCEs Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. Our conference block rooms are available at a discounted rate of $149/night until September 20 or until the conference block sells out. Rooms can be reserved online or by calling the hotel at: 888-421-1442 and referencing the FORCE Conference.

From Orlando Int'l Airport (approximately 18 miles):
Take the Beachline Expressway West (528 West) to I-4 West. Take I-4 West to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn right off the exit and proceed to second traffic light, turn left at light to our Lake Buena Vista FL hotel entrance.
From Tampa/St. Pete:
Take I-4 East/Daytona Beach to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn left off exit and proceed to 3rd traffic light, turn left at the light to hotel entrance.
From Daytona Beach:
Take I-4 West/Tampa to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn right off exit and proceed to 2nd traffic light, turn left at light to hotel entrance.
From Miami/Ft. Lauderdale/West Palm Beach:
Take Florida Turnpike North to I-4 exit. Take I-4 West to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn right at exit and proceed to 2nd traffic light, turn left at light to hotel.
From Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral:
Take the Beachline Expressway ( 528West) to I-4 West/Tampa, exit at 68 (Lake Buena Vista) and turn right, proceed to the 2nd traffic light, turn left at light to the hotel entrance.

Orlando International Airport
About 20 miles from Lake Buena Vista Palace, Orlando International Airport is the most convenient airport for travel to our conference. Orlando is a destination for all the major airlines including Southwest Airlines. You can use their convenient flight planner to learn which airlines and flights are available for the days you are traveling.
Local Transportation
Mears Transportation provides shuttle service to the hotel for a discounted charge of $34.00 per person round trip. You can book your shuttle reservation online through Mears and tell them you are attending the FORCE conference or you can print this coupon and present it to the Mears counter at the airport to receive your discount. The shuttles run about every 20-30 minutes. When you arrive at the airport, proceed to the baggage claim area to purchase your tickets. The Hyatt Regency is the first hotel stop from the airport, and the last pickup before proceeding to the airport.
