Cost for general registration is

• $195 General Registration

Cost for genetic counselors and nurses attending for continuing education credit

• $275 Genetic Counselors & Nurses (On or after June 2)

This conference has been approved for 10.5 nursing contact hours

The National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC) has authorized Moffitt Cancer Center to offer up to 10.5 CEUs or 105.0 contact hours (Category 1) for 5^th Annual Joining FORCES against Hereditary Cancer The American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) will accept CEUs earned at this program for the purposes of certification and recertification.

. Registration includes access to the sessions, syllabus, breakfast, lunch and breaks on Friday and Saturday for the participant. A confirmation letter will be sent upon receipt of your registration and form of payment.

A dessert and wine welcome reception and art show will be held Thursday, June 24;
8:00 – 10:00 pm at the 20Seven Lounge top floor of the Buena Vista Palace Hotel. There is a $25 fee to attend.
