AtmosphereFORCE's second annual symposium on hereditary breast and ovarian cancer was held May 18-19, 2007 at the Hyatt Regency in Tampa, Florida. We welcomed 370 attendees from 36 states, seven countries, and four continents. All attendess were people concerned about hereditary cancer: cancer survivors, high-risk individuals, those with a BRCA mutation or family history of cancer, and health care providers who treat high-risk patients.
The 2007 conference was a collaborative effort of FORCE: Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered, the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, and the University of South Florida.
